Just bought the book....
the 3-hour diet. Could only find it in hardback, and damn it was expensive.
I couldn't find the "3 Hour Diet on the Go" cause that's what I really could of used. I'm flipping through the book and just have no idea where to start. But I've pretty much planned my day as if I had read the book.
I also bought this good called "How Not to Look Fat" by Danica Lo. It is about how to dress and what clothes to buy to make you look thinner. There are tons of examples, so I hope I learn something.
