Hi ladies 
I got on the scale this morning, and I'm still the same.  So I think I'm going to tweak my eating and start doing low carb again. Not get to crazy about it but do need to get a grip on it. I'm rereading my low carb books this weekend and starting on Monday. That way I can hit the grocery store and get what I need.
I hope everyone has a good weekend. I'll check in tomorrow.
