I am down 1.5 lbs. Maybe by next Monday I will be down in the 180's

I didn't WI on Monday like I had planned, but did so this morning. I am up a total of 4 lbs since my laps late May. Not bad I think, but time to try to get back into gear! Lets get going!

Well, I am back from vacation and weighed in this morning - 192!!!! I was 186.5 before we left! YUCK! I really tried to watch what I ate - only had ice cream once! But we did go to happy hour quite a bit...

I am back to work today and back on program. I am mostly counting calories, but also paying some attention to timing. Really trying to push the water today (& all week!) to get this scale to go down. We go on another vacation in 3 weeks, so I need to behave in the mean time!!

We had a wonderful time camping in Lake George. We went horseback riding, bike riding, swimming, amusement park, rodeo, all sorts of fun stuff. Kids were very well behaved which made it even nicer! Next we are off to the Jersey shore for a week of camping!

I've found what everyone lost!

I've gone up 7 lbs in two weeks - which I know is mostly water weight since I know I didn't eat an extra 24,500 calories!

Well I still weigh in at 218, which is good considering I haven't been the best eater. It's been like 60% good choices 40% not so good. But I'm back on track today, drinking lots of water. We're going out to eat tonight, Lane turned 8 today, he's thinking Mexican right now. And he picked an ice cream cake from DQ. But I'm not to much of an ice cream eater. I hope everyone has a good weigh in today and tomorrow. I'm going to figure out my menu for the week and my workouts too. After seeing myself in pictures with my boys, I'm soooooooooo determined to get rid of this weight and get back to being healthy and toned. Talk to you later.
