Tip #19 - Have a salad first

Eating a low calorie salad as a first course enhances satiety and reduces calorie intake by up to 12% during the rest of the meal according to research at Pennsylvania State University.


Note it says low calorie -- which means no bacon, cheese, croutons, etc.
