  • 6/27 tuesday -
    Okay for the next two days wednesday and thursday no emotional eating.If you can do it 5 points to add to thursdays total points. The point is to try to find another way to deal with the stress at least for these 2 days. If you succeed lets hear about how you did it!


    7/6 thursday - Kick it up a notch challenge, how about doing 5 push ups. Can be any way you like to do them.


    7/7 friday - Today's kick it up a notch challenge: try an new fruit or veggie you haven't had before or had in a long time.


    7/10 monday

    Kick it up a notch challenge today is to drink all your water

  • Good idea Tammy. Cause I can't remember what days we did them as I didn't write it in my journal.
    I'll think of some to post. Maybe well post them for the week and we can pick which one on whatever day to do them.
  • Here's some challenges
    Okay here are some. I'll number them and that way you can just put the number when you track your points. Sorry I'm not real good at thinking up things like this. If ya'll come with some good ones, share!!!!!

    1) Start the day with a good breakfast.
    2) Drink an extra 8 oz of water.
    3) Eat a rainbow of veggies(at least 5 different colors)
    4) Do 10 min extra of exercise.
    5) Pamper yourself.
    6) Clean out the cabinets of any junky food.
    7) Have a salad with 2 meals today.
    8) Do 5 push ups.
    9) Do 10 squats.
    10) Call or email someone you haven't talked to in a while.
    11) Get in 15 min extra of exercise.
    12) Go for a walk.
