  • Any one gets to throw out something anytime during the week related to healthy living (food , exercise, whatever relates) and we can choose to accept the challenge or not. 5 points if you do tho. Cathy had us get our kitchens in order. below is her kick it up a notch challenge.

  • sorry guys i thought the kick it up was a personal one hahaha. i guess my kitchen is already in order (i am new to the diet and don't start UNTIL my kitchen is in order) so i get a point???
    i live w/my mom--due to my illness-- who is skinny and she eats regular chips and cookies BUT she helps by not bringing me food i can't have if she orders out and i keep my snacks etc in a totally separate place so i don't even LOOK at her chips. YEA!!!!

  • My kitchen is in order for me now that we tossed the gluten-free brownies.

    There is junk food in my kitchen, but it's all John's stuff that I'm allergic to and can't eat if I wanted to, so I don't count that.
