  • Good Morning all~
    I'm running around crazy this morning trying to get things done and have to start packing this afternoon. I'm planning my workout for late afternoon, I'll probably do my walk off the stress watp tape.
    I can't think of a 'kick it up a notch' daily challenge right now.Someone throw one out for us today! I'll check back later. Have a good morning

    You were right, I DID IT, I actually did the 2 mile walk yesterday!!!! I am actually very proud of myself for pushing to get that far!!! I can feel it a bit in the legs and think I will only do 1 mile today and then 2 tomorrow. I love that dvd. Ha she talks so much it goes fast!!!!

    We are eating out tonight, a fixed menu, but it is roasted chicken dinner so most of it is great for food plans.

    Off to Barnes and Noble today to see if they have a book I'm wanting and have a coffee....I love Starbucks coffee.

    I am SUPER busy at work today. My end of year is June 30th and there is a LOT of pressure on me this week. I think keeping to my eating plan will help to keep me calmer. At least something in my life will follow a plan....

    I did very well yesterday. I followed my food plan. Didn't get to exercise, but did take the kids to the movies. I ate about 1 cup of unbuttered popcorn and thats it. Yeah for me!

    Cathy, hope you get everything accomplished today. Vacations are wonderful, but the stress leading up to one I personally could do without!

    Make every bite count and don't forget your water!!!!

    The scale is down for me! Of course, it is not official! Anyway, I missed my workout yesterday but the eating was on target. Today is exercise too!

  • Afternoon ladies!

    So, my husband tells me when I got home last night that my cute little adorable kitty baby tried to go swimming in the pool yesterday. He had them outside walking around and I guess she thought the pool was a giant drinking fountain -- he caught her before she went in. He was tempted to let her get in just to see what she did.

    I actually have had more than my 8 glasses of water today -- I'm up to 10 so far. Food is on track for the day too.

    susan--water is about all i drink so i normally have at least 10
    hey ladies i have a secret weapon when you're craving something sweet, try sparkling flavored water. it REALLY works
    well i went to lunch today and shared nachos w/my mom so i wasn't great AND my calories were off last night b/c i found out one of the premade meat items i got was too high in calories--darn it!--but i will be better tomorrow i will be better tomorrow...
