Smile Monday 6/26

Good Morning Ladies~
I got up early and did my 3 mile walk for Abs w/ the ab belt. Got a lot to do today so I needed an early start.
So let's make today's kick it up a notch daily challenge an easy one since it is the beginning of the challenge, make sure your kitchens are in sync with your eating plans.
Have a marvelous Monday and I'll check in later.

Thumbs up

Good Morning everyone.....

Off to a rocky start yesterday but determined to make up for it today. Going to do my one mile with my WTPO dvd.
So that I guess would be my goal and my kick it up a notch will be to try to make it to 1 1/2 miles (if I can).

Looks like rain here but it seems to get cloudy and then we just get a shower, we desperately need rain in Florida every thing is so dry and fires are starting up further south of here.

Have a great week everyone....

Phyllis

Cool

Hi All!

Last week was a very good one for me. I managed to stay OP for the whole week. I released 4 lbs!! That is a little deceiving because last Sundays WI ended up being the day before TOM arrived, so there was a lot of water weight lost. But that is okay! I will take it!!!

Hopefully, that will serve to keep me OP and focused for this week as well. It is great to come here and read about everyone's wonderful progress so far. Remember, 20 lbs is an awful lot to lose in 12 weeks - doesn't leave room for lots of goofing off. So lets stay focused everyone!! hehe!

Today I had breakfast OP and packed my snacks and lunch, so I should be fine. I will need to get on my treadmil when I get home. Definitely need a kick in the butt to do that! I also wanted to take the kids to the movies tonight. Don't know if I'll fit it all in, but I KNOW I will stay OP!!

gotta run for now. Make every bite count!

WTG on releasing 4lbs!!!! Sounds like you've got your day planned out well. That's a big part of doing this, planning!!

Phyllis I know you can do that 1.5 miles!!!!

Everyone take a look at my Ticker. Probably won't be that low again for a while. I haven't been able to eat - due to dental work. He did some major cutting on Wednesday and I was in agony until Saturday around midnight.

I know (after many weight losses from illness) that this weight will come back as soon as I start eating again. But, in the meantime, I like to look at it.

I haven't been online all week. Will come back when my mouth is better.

((( Lynn ))) hope your pain goes away soon!!! Hey, you may be surprised that your stomach has shrunk and that when you do get to eat again that you'll get full faster and won't eat as much as you think. So you can hold on to that weight loss and be inspired to keep on going down.

Afternoon ladies!

Good thing we didn't start the challenge on Saturday! We went to the Greeley Stampede and my lunch was cotton candy, ice cream and cherry limeade. No more of that stuff for me!

I did my gym workout this morning and I drank my water. So far, my day's food is in my log and calories accounted for. Now I just have to survive dinner.

to you Lynn...I had a bad ear infection and lost 10 lbs in one week cause the medicine ruined my tastebuds for sweet things for almost 2 months...I actually have kept the weight off (as long as I am not over 235 tomorrow!) So there is hope for you and your dental work! I have had surgery on my gums where they drilled through my gum into my sinus to take care of a root that had gotten infected...I didn't eat for more than a week for that one.

Wow Susan what a meal! cherry limeade sounds sooo good!

The kick it up a notch is good for me. Lots of veggies, box of fudge sicles and plenty of water and yogurt. No junk food. I worked an 11 hour day so I am going to soak in the tub for about 30 min. We are going to open the center tomorrow for the first time since the flood, 13 days ago. What a time.
