Default 101 Weight Loss Tips & Tricks - Day 3

Duh - we know this one -- and she's got it wrong - it's 3 hours, not 5!!!

Tip #3 - Don't Go Longer than 5 Hours Without Eating

"Any time you go longer than give hours between eating, you greatly increase the risk of overeating," says Linda Spangle, RN, a weight-loss coach in Denver, Colorado and author of "100 Days of Weight Loss: The Secret to Being Sucessful on ANY Diet Plan (SunQuest Media, 2006).

Might be a good book to get and read though.

Yep when I went that long, I'd always eat way more than I should have. Not to mention being grouchy and/or tired.

Really, once you go that far your'e setting your self up to fail and binge big time. 5 hrs is way too long. 3hrs really is a great time frame
