Ok, how did everyone do??? I released .5 lb. but I had started this on Monday and have lost 2 lbs. already.

I am doing the Leslie Sansone walking DVD but only .5 miles at a time this week to build up, but it is exercise. I hope to build up to 1 mile per day in the next couple weeks. My gym closed so I am trying this for awhile to see how it goes.

What ever happened to Daisy and Melissa? They were doing so well with us.
Anyone hear from them?

I've lost 3 lbs since I began on Tuesday. However, last night I broke my "no whites" challenge and had some mashed white potatoes. I fixed 1 plate that included around 2 TBSP of taters and my husband and I shared.

Other than that, I'm doing great. Funny how you can lose when you know you have to. Thank you all for helping me with this.
