Talking Sunday WI

are we still doing these???

I have released 3 vacation lbs. but still not at the weight posted below. I will get there this week.

Did pretty well with drinking my water this past week but need to cut down on my afternoon snack, still over the calorie limit in that area.

Hope everyone has a good week planned. I am going to make up my menu for the next week today as that usually helps me stay on track.

Come on everyone, summer is here....those bathing suits are calling our names!!!

Great job Phyllis!

It is so important to get right back OP after vacation - the pounds come off easier that way!

I did not WI yesterday because we went camping for the weekend. Food was not OP, but I didn't go overboard either. Did lots of bike riding, so the exercise is a big plus for me! I WILL use my treadmill tonight as well. I need to start getting serious if I ever hope to make it back into my summer clothes!

I STS but given that this is DAY 37 OF TOM, I'll take it. Surgery is tomorrow morning and I better see that scale drop!

The hospital is making me drink a bottle of Gatorade today -- that's an extra 240 calories and it's mostly sugar and it's nasty! I'm cutting it with sparkling water and it's still too sweet. Yuck!

Susan, I know your surgery will go smoothly and you will feel so much better when you recover. Geez 37 days.....I use to go for over a week and thought that was bad...bless your heart.

Let us know how it goes when you are up to it. Will say a prayer for you tonight.
