Not that I am Miss Money Bags, but to a certain extent I am a believer in you get what you pay for. Whenever hubby and I try to save a buck, we realize we should have went with the "better" brand. I mean for bigger item purchases - TV, Washer, Stove..... I think it is 100% true. I used to buy the expensive hair salon shampoo and stuff, but I honestly like Suave better. Toilet tissue, paper towels, mac & cheese, just about everything else - I like the good stuff!

Will I buy the cheap stuff? sure once in a while if we are really tight. But day to day, I'd rather cut eating out or whatever than to save a nickel or dime on regular groceries. McDonalds costs us $20 - thats alot of nickels and dimes!
