Well it is May 1st today! How is everyone doing?! I am feeling happy and confident. I had a good week last week - I hit the 100 oz water per day every day, I lost 2 pounds and generally stayed OP for the whole week. If I can just manage to get the exercise worked in, I would really be on the right track.
I am thinking we need a challenge that runs until June 21, the first day of summer. Any one up to it? Not sure if I have the time to run it, but I know I want to keep up my momentum that I have right now!
I am going to go eat my morning snack, which is lowfat yogurt. Yummy!
