Well, I guess I can't complain....I ate what I wanted (within reason) and we enjoyed several glasses of wine during the 2 wks. The vacation was GREAT and seeing all the children & grandbabies was so nice.
Nashville was great fun, I love that city...went to the Grand Ole Opry!! Saw Johnny Cash's home and lots of other country stars places.
Had a very nice week in Gatlinburg, TN....nice cool (light jacket) days, just beautiful in the mountains. Then we spent one day in Asheville, NC touring the Biltmore Estate....255 rms, 57 bathrooms and 8000 acres.
I have never been in that part of the US before and it is so beautiful, some friends just moved to Anderson, SC and we visited.....wouldn't mind living in that area.........trees, mountains, lakes.....lovely.
So back to the weight loss battle and with 3 parties lined up in the next week it won't be easy.....but I am uping my water and trying to get back to eating every 3hrs.....this week, taking it a step at a time. At no point will I take this fat body to the swimming pool, maybe the beach....no one cares there.
Where is everyone???? Glad Terri is doing well. I'll try to IM some of the women too.
