Wow I can't believe how fast this month has gone and my weight has stayed the same!!!! After our vacation I think I will try the WW CORE plan to see if I can shake up my metabolism.

Today is MY day, I get my hair foiled, a pedicure and a manicure!!! Wow I'll look beautiful. I won the pedicure where I work out!!

I worked out yesterday and they informed me they are closing up the end of the week....I almot cried. I really liked it there and enjoyed it. I guess when we get back in June I will join Curves...it is very similiar to where I was going.

So life is just full of changes isn't it and one thing I WILL change is my weight, it will go DOWN....

Phyllis, being able to maintain your weight is not that easy either. So congrats for maintaining it well. Better to maintain then to gain any. One of these days, the weight will come off.

Phyllis, I've heard a lot of people really like Curves. As long as you keep doing something!

I'm sure you were gorgeous before all the fun stuff, but that's neat -- it's always great to have a pamper me day.
