Good Morning everyone! It is another beautiful sunny day here in CT!

My kids are on spring break this week and my mom is taking them to the zoo today.
Yesterday was a VERY good day for me. I stayed OP with my food, made good choices. I drank my water and went for a nice, long walk after work. I was very pleased with myself all and all. I am off to a good start today as well. Need to step up the water a little bit, but that shouldn't be a problem.

I am trying very hard to focus and stay OP for the whole week since we will be going away this weekend. That will be a total bust as far as healthy food choices.

I am thinking I will WI on Sat before we leave and count that as the weekly challenge WI. Will that be ok?
I am planning to get another long walk in today after work. Dinner will probably be a salad and chicken breast done on the George Forman grill. Not sure about lunch though, hmmmmm.... 6" Subway maybe?
