Try something new!
"How many weight-loss programs have you tried---and failed---because they required strict, rigid uniformity? You know, where you have to eat the same foods everyday, permanently give up the foods you love, do the same exercise the same way everyday. Well, you might have figured out that deprivation and lack of new experiences is downright boring and not the key to lasting weight-loss. What does work? Living life with a sense of purpose and adventure: experimenting with new foods, trying new activities, meeting new people, and looking at yourself and the world in a whole new light. By making simple, small changes, you can add adventure to your daily life and keep your zest for life---and your weight-loss---at its peak. To regain your sense of adventure, try seeking out one small adventure everyday. It could be as simple as trying a vegetable you've never had before or saying hello to your neighbor for the first time. Or try just switching up your normal patterns, like your everyday route to work. Try going a different way and see what's going on in the world on a different street at 8 in the morning. Also, check out a new magazine, website, or TV program. The more you read, watch, and learn about different ideas, people, and cultures, the more your world will expand."
I think this is a great idea.....we all enjoy new things, even just a small change can make a big difference.
