Default So what's cookin' in your kitchen tonight?

What's everyone having for dinner tonight? I am grilling some mesquite chicken, steamed asparagus and some pasta. Green tea with splenda to drink. I am really short on my points so I may have to throw something else in there.

What's everyone else having?

Iwent to the dentist yesterday, so my daughter cooked!!!! Yea I could get used to this! She baked chicken, rice and peas. Very tasty! She is only 11, and to get her to do anything is a chore, but she willingly cooked! Couldn't get her to make a salad though lol. Today, we will have stirfry beef and veggies.

Broiled lamb chops, sweet potato, squash, and applesauce. Ice water - nothing after that until tomorrow's breakfast.

Whatever we can find -- we are flying out to Maryland on Thursday and are getting rid of leftovers in the fridge before we go. John teaches a divorce recovery workshop on Tuesday nights and I'm going to church for the Easter Sacrament of Reconciliation service tonight, so neither of us will be home long.

Might even be cereal.

Well, the stirfry is on hold till Wednesday, we went to the buffet. I had a plate of salad then a baked potato, steak, broccoli, turkey, and fried shrimp...I know lots of food, but just a little of everything really! At least it is at the beginning of the week! I have drunk 100 oz + today! That is an accomplishment for me!
