  • Ok ladies we have all made goals for our selves but its easier to obtain those goals if you only take one day at a time. So what is your goal for TODAY only TODAY????? Name atleast one goal you will focus on today and tonight before you go to bed, I want you to come back here and give us a big hupla because you made your goal! I know each of us can do it but we all have to stay in focus and take it one day at a time!

    So my goal today will be to drink my 100 ounces of water instead of all those diet cokes!!!

    My goal for today is to not pig out at the cocktail party this afternoon. They always have sooooo much food at these things, not to mention the drinks!!!

  • My goal for today will be 100 oz of water also. I like to be a little more laid back about my eating on Sundays, so if I push my water that will help to offset any damage!

  • My goal today is to drink lots of water and to stick to healthy eating. My co-workers are having a chocolate fondue today, but I'm not touching it today. Since it's raining/snowing outside and can't go walking, I'm planning on walking down and up the stairs today a few times during the day. That should help me work towards my 10 000 steps a day.
