  • Happy Thursday everyone...

    I think my scale is broken!!! Yesterday I was up a pound again, then this morning down 3!!! I couldn't have not spent 10,500 in calories!!! My salt intake was not that much to account for that water retention. (of course I am no expert, but I didn't go to the bathroom any more than usual yesterday!) And I bought my scale in July!!! The only difference was I took CO-Q10 yesterday. I guess I will take that again today LOL!

    That is why this eating plan only wants you to weigh in once a week. The body weight changes daily and if it goes up most people get really discouraged. Don't worry about it!!! It is NORMAL!!

    I hate to admit that I also WI daily and am use to a 3 lb. overnite weight gain but can usually relate it to something I have done that I shouldn't have like too much salt, too little water, etc. But the ups and downs of the scale don't bother any more, I use to panic. It just gives me an idea that what I did the day before was good.

    But for a lot of women that WI everyday this would upset them-then they are the ones that really only need to WI once a week. I use to get very upset when the scales showed any kind of gain.

    I did the Leslie Sansone walking DVD for 1 mile for the first time yesterday!!
    OUCH, my legs are aching today!!! Think maybe I should have started with a 1/2 mile......I couldn't go to the gym and I had this DVD for 6 mths, never even looked at it. I did like it and today I think I will just do a little of it to get the muscles moving.......I don't know if I can ever get to the 2 mile walking part of it!!!!!

  • Afternoon everyone! It turned out to be another gorgeous day in Denver.

    So, can I just eat candy for dinner tonight if I still have 800 calories left???
