Anita, that is so fantastic! Congratulations!

OK, so I want to know -- when you updated the computer, did confetti pop out and bells go off and all that good stuff?

Better yet, what is your reward going to be for getting to goal?? I hope it's nice and expensive.

Thank you all so much. It really feels great!

Organicgirl -- Yes, I lost all the weight doing the 3 hour diet. I did sometimes tweak it a little by reducing my calories here and there and counting my calories. I had to do this because I was not losing just by looking at my portions. I also reduced my carbs and upped the protein a bit. Not much. I also did a lot of cardio which seemed to help get the scale moving!

Hockeyfan -- Sorry to say that there were no bells and whistles!!! I was wondering the same thing! Your ticker just says you have met your goal!!!

Good luck to all of you. This program works. You just have to work it. Like any other program it is all about eating right and exercising!! Eating the small meals every 3 hours is great though because you keep your blood sugar level and hopefully your cravings in check!

Anita, were you looking at someone else's ticker? I'm at 245 and my goal is 150. I still have 95 lbs to go.

I'm so happy for you though.
