Talking WooooHoooo it's FRIDAY

That's for all you working people! Just had to rub my retirement in one last time!!!

Ok the rules have been posted for the challenge.....looks like a good one. Are you ready....I sure am. Been hanging around the same weight since Jan. and Dani's last challenge.

Is anyone still doing the 10,000 steps a day? How is that going?

We are trying to get some of the members back that have left us, if you know someone give them a quick e-mail or IM to try to get them back for the challenge.....you don't specifically have to be on the 3 hr. diet. This fits any diet so they can join in with us.

Have a GREAT week-end. Phyllis

That's funny Phyllis - I saw the title of your post and I was thinking "What the heck does Phyllis care if its Friday?! She's RETIRED!!!!!!!!!" Too funny!

I am trying to get my kitchen cleaned this morning. It is a MESS! Then I have an appointment to see what the orthodontist thinks we should do with Bobby (and how much it will cost!) Then I think I will stop by Kohl's and see about some light weight sweats for the spring!

I tried on clothes yesterday and it was TERRIBLY DEPRESSING! What really depressed me was looking in the mirror and REALLY seeing how many inches I've gained EVERYWHERE! I was just about in tears! But the good news is that I am using those feelings to stay focused. I can't stand what has happened to my body and I am raging a war to take back myself! So, snacks and chocolate - GOOD BYE! Exercise - here I come! You know what? I gave up chips for Lent and I have honestly done fine with that. So I just need to give up a few more things and get back on the exercise wagon, drink my water and treat myself right. And everytime I want to slip or stray, I have a VERY clear visual of myself in that mirror yesterday! YUCK!

Tomorrow is Michelle's Confirmation, so I will be busy most of the day. Sunday is going to be another day of getting things done here at home, including our taxes!!

Have a great weekend!! Sharon

Morning ladies! I just got out of bed. DH is doing pretty good. He should be good enough to go to church on Sunday. We got home late yesterday afternoon, took a nap and spent the day sitting around taking it easy. He loves basketball so he's been watching the NCAA tournament.

It's gorgeous here in Denver today -- supposed to be close to 60. I love warm weather!
