Default Chinese Buffet went well!

Yesterday at my 6 year old daughter's daycare, the theme was a chinese day. So to make her happy, we decided to finish her day by going to the chinese buffet for dinner.

I did so good! I am so proud of myself! I only took a chicken brochette and 1 piece of 2 or 3 meat things to taste (very small), had a salad and chinese noodles! No dessert. I was such a good girl! I proved to myself that it's not because I'm eating healthy, I cannot have chinese food once in a while without sabotaging myself!

That's fantastic! Great job. You get the dancing carrot AND the dancing banana for that.

My DH loves this Chinese buffet by our house. I can't eat anything with soy sauce or teriyaki, so I get huge plates of crab legs. I love crab legs.

Lafayette, crab legs are perfect for what you are doing -- they are all protein. By the time you crack them open and get out the crab, you've exercised some as well - that's work!
