Default I knew this but never realized it!!!

I have been doing my 8MM every morning and was having a problem with loosing weight, I started to do Tae-Bo and I love it.. I taught I was eating healthy and than ......

Yesturday I went to the grocery store to get some salad for today's
lunch, I took 2 salad and than as I was checking for dressing I
notice that the dressing for ceasar said 70 calories for 15 ml and the
package was 45 ml and it click , OMG, the salad dressing is 210
calories and here I am eating ceasar salad every night and a big salad
on top of that , thinking it is not that bad it is only salad, I guess
I was fooling myself and than lately I have added chicken everynight
to my salad, so it is fair to say that I was probably eating an extra
400 calories every night, and maybe more,, I knew that ceasar salad
dressing was alot of calories but it just didn't registered in my
mind, but guess what it did last night..

so this week I will be working of re-arranging this,
Can't believe how stupid I was for this not to click in.. but now I know...

WOW... Eye-opener isn't it?

Try putting your dressing in a little bowl, and dipping your fork in there before each bite... greatly reduces the amount of dressing you use without sacrificing taste! Just a suggestion - an old WW trick.

Yes, dressings can be soooo fattening! It sucks! Good thing you noticed! Cesar salad is an extremely fattening dish. Especially out in a restaurant it can be upwards of 800 cals!!!

I always do the salad dressing trick Daisy mentioned. I never put it on my salad any more. At least Caesar dressing is low carb and has less sugar than the rest do.
