I have lots of belly fat to lose; if fact this is where most all of mine is located! I have not yet received my book; So If I use the food list on here to start will I be ok until I get my book? Can ya'll give me some quick breakfast ideas too? I have to be at work at 7:30 AM so need some easy ideas.

Weight Watchers has good frozen breakfast sandwiches that meet the requirements... I struggle with this myself. Maybe we'll both get some good tips!

Welcome aboard and best of luck!

I usually have a zone bar 210 calories and two coffee's with French vanilla creamer 70 cals . My mornings are crazy during the week so that is all I can fit in..or want to fit in. On the weekends I sometimes make a veggie/cheese omelette with a slice of WW toast.
Welcome.....
Lou

Nascar Girl - I'll give you some tips if you tell me who your favorite driver is. Mine is Kasey Kahne -- he's so cute. And Tony Stewart would be totally hot if he stayed out of Elliott Sadler's M&Ms and lost about 30 lbs!

You will be fine using the food list here -- it's the same as the book.

This morning I had Yoplait yogurt and fruit. A lot of mornings I get breakfast in the cafeteria at work. I have them make me a 2 egg veggie omelet with spinach, tomato, bell pepper, onion and mushroom and cheese. I'm boring -- I can eat that every morning. I never eat toast, waffles, pancakes or any of that stuff.

Hi and welcome to our group,

Eggs, turkey bacon, whole wheat toast, and an orange.

How does that sound?

Thanks everyone! These are some great ideas. Susan I like Bobby Labonte; not real happy with the change to Petty but Gibbs did him wrong so I'll adjust. I also like Ryan Newman. Kasey is doing well so far this year. I like him too. The Bush boys are the ones I really don't like.

Ok this morning I brought one of the WW english muffin sandwitches for breakfast. Hope this is ok....gonna log into fit day so I can keep track.
Thanks for the welcome! Everyone have a great day!
