Default Monday Weigh In 2/20/06

I didnt loose anything, but I didnt gain either!!! I was really bad this weekend. I did notice though I can't eat as much as I used to!!!! I went out with my mom and my sister on Saturday and I ordered fish, rice, and a side of greek salad. OMG..i could only eat one small portion of the fish, the salad, and a couple of spoonfulls of rice!!! So that made me feel good. Even if I do bad..my body knows when to stop!!!

I'm asking for a special prayer today. My sister-in-law is having a hysterectomy and we need all the prayer we can get. I know I can count on you guys!!!

STS is not bad - especially when you eat out...

I will be thinking of you and your SIL...

I did an STS too -- surprised it wasn't a huge gain. Back on track starting this morning with breakfast.

Prayers for your SIL -- our receptionist at work is coming back tomorrow from having been off since right after Christmas with one.

I stayed the same as well this week. But I'm kicking it up on the exercise to break the plateau, again.
: sent to your SIL.

Well, since the kids were home yesterday, I couldn't weigh in...so today I did and was up 1.5 lbs which isn't bad considering my 9lb loss last week was due to illness...I havent been OP since my illness cause my taste buds are still wacked. In some ways hopefully, I will be eating way less when they finally do come back.

I lost .5 lb. this week. I'm still on track, but I'm finding it too easy to stray away from JC. I've lost that initial high and I'm searching real hard for it. I'm praying that your SIL will have a speedy recovery from her surgery.
