Default Okay diet-wise, but still struggling

Hey everyone,

I know I haven't been posting, but I am still around. I guess it's just hard to make that connection when you feel down. I'm doing okay, just struggling with the usual stuff. Trying to be the best mom I can usually takes all I have. Anyway, I will try to post more often this week.

Hi Marcie,
I'm sure that you are doing great. With all the mommying (new word) going on, remember to take some time out for you. That's normally the last thing we do, but it is a must in our life. If we are to nurture, support and take care of our families, then we have to be in good mental and physical health to do it. Hang in there and keep your head up.

Right! You know what they say - You can not give away what you do not have! The best gift you can give your kids is to take care of their mom - heck - you are the only one they have!

Make time for you! You must! Even if you have to schedule it in. Remember: you ARE worth it!

Okay?? Hang in there bud! (((marcie)))

Marcie, when my brother and I were little, Mom used to put us in front of the TV for Bugs Bunny, Mickey Mouse Club and then some other show I don't remember -- it was 2 hours long in the afternoons around 3:00 p.m. Her rule was unless it involves blood or someone needs an ambulance, don't bother her. That was her down time. And she was home with us all day - poor lady.

Glad to see you are still around - we miss you.
