Default Never heard of jorge cruise-any good

I just looked at his web site. He promises you'll lose alot of weight pretty quickly. Is the claim too. What are your experiences?

I have alot to lose, over 150 pounds. This is my first week. I am still trying to find a diet plan that I want to follow. Right now I am using WW at home but I don't really want to follow that one. I did it before, I need something new and exciting. I am vegitarian so I also need something that will suit that lifestyle.
Thanks
kim

Kim -

I believe you can follow this plan as a vegetarian. Meat is not a pre-requisite. I do not believe that Jorge promises "a lot of weight very quickly" He basically promises an average of 2 pounds a week - to be honest - I am a very slow loser but I have been going for about 1 pound per week after my initial 5 pound loss week one (likely mostly water). 2 pounds is good solid weight loss. Nothing drastic.

I think everyone here is doing well - sometimes we stumble a bit and stray off the plan - but we hop back on and keep losing. We lean on each other when we need to and just keep on going.

Now - many of the recipes will not suit you as a vegetarian, but I wouldn't hate working with you to find veggie alternatives. I am to the point where I will only occasionally eat boneless poultry. I can not digest red meat at all and bones make me sick with all the ligaments etc. So... I am pretty much headed your way.

Why not try it? The book is only $20 and you may be able to get it from your local library. We can help you fill in the blanks here.

If you are an eBay person, go there to get the book. I bought mine for $6 plus shipping and it was in perfect condition.

I tried WW, along with all the other ones. This one has been great for me. I loose between 1 to 3 lbs a week. Try it and see how it goes.

I have tried many lifestyle, I have tried WW and I Hated counting points, I tried counting calories and I hated that, everytime I started a new diet I was encourage but by the 4 weeks I was discourage, and gained double of what i Had lost. I tried Jorge and after 9 months I still feel encourage as I did the first day, of course sometime I fell off, but it doesn't mean I have failed the program, I get back on and with the help of others, I get back with a smile on my face. I like this lifestyle, I don't think I am on a diet anymore, I think I Have change my lifestyle and that is what makes the difference.

Thumbs up Jorge cruise diet

It can't be too bad I have just had my endocrinologist advice me to look into it. I have been trying to shed weight with anything I could think of and was asking her if I could take the propalene pills and she said she would rather I try this diet first. Now i am just looking for information on it. I have had diabetes for 29 years and READING another diet book just doesnt tickle my fancy ....and yes my fancy should be tickled dailyLOL So iI am going to try it and the looking on Ebay was a super idea I got my sugar Busters diet there too, but to much reading and changing my eating habits I am on a low income so I am not comfortable with taking my 100 for food a month and trying to rearrange it on new foods. I have to be sure it will stretch for a month.
