I have to share a funny story with you. Today I bought a bag of Valentine's mix Jelly Bellys in the cafeteria at work. Cost me $1.49 and it's probably about 1/2 lb.
I opened the bag, ate 2 beans and thought what am I doing? So I took a handful out of the bag and threw them in the trash. Then I ate 2 more and threw another handful in the trash -- don't ask why I didn't just throw the whole bag away -- I guess I wasn't ready to let go. I ate about 10 beans total and then dumped the whole bag in the garbage.
I figure that cost me about 15 cents a bean! Better go to waste than go to waist though!

You go girl! I've done something similar before. Had bought a big bag of Pickle chips, binged on it about 2 bowls, and the next day, I took the bag and put it the garbage! If I'm not mistaking Jelly Beans are part of Jorge's snack list, so you're not that far off! It's not a bad snack! You did good! Continue with the great work!
Isn't it funny the things we do with food. And DH didn't get it -- the only thing he got about it was that I wasted $1.49!!!
It's the pay now or pay later philosphy. In the long run the price of eating those jellybeans would have been significantly higher!
