Smile Ciao, can I join???????

Hello ladies,

My name is Carrianna and I am from Italy. I have been reading lot about the 3hour diet and I am starting tomorrow. (no really starting).

I ordered the book from the internet but I ordered the wrong one for me, my mistake was to order the "3-Hour Diet on the Go" unfortunately we don't have hershey bars and take-away restuarants (we do have Mcdonalds , but only in the big cities). So I have been reading your posts and I printed the free-food list that Laurie had posted, which I hope will be very helpful.

I am at present 171 lbs and would like to be 130lbs

any help on how to add a counter

Thanks - and I am really looking forward to losing my pounds with you all

Hi there! Welcome! You can add a counter under user CP ---> edit signature... there are some prompts there... try it - holler if you get stuck.. I need to look up what time zone you are in in Italy! I think you are 6 hours ahead of us on the East Coast of US - no?

Welcome! Thrilled to have you!

Default Welcome ....and as for the tracker...

I just did this...

You need to go to "Quick Links", then 'edit signature". When you do so..you will be prompted to design a tracker.

from there, you "copy" the final key to the signature block. I just highlighted the tracker url, selected "copy". Then back spaced, until the signature block appeared. Clicked on it and hit "paste".

At this point, you could add your name...a short verse....and even the second tracker for a short term goal (do it the same as described above).

Now, I am assuming to edit it as you lose weight..you would simply click on 'edt signature'. Then in the signature box url, you would simlply adjust the numerical number weight that shows current weight.

Does any of this make sense?????

It really isn't as hard as it sounds, once you figure out where to go to do it.

This site is phenomenal. AND its free! AMAZING....THANK YOU!

BTW...we live in Aviano for 5 years when I was growing up. Italy is beautiful. We went to Venice twice. I loved it! The smell was horrible, but the buildings..and canal were beautiful.

Welcome, welcome, welcome!

My husband, John, lived in Florence Italy as a child and loved it. He wants to go back again badly.

Welcome Carianna!
You are most certainly Welcome! this is a great place to find support!
Are you excited for the olympics? My daughter is a figure skater and we are soooo excited to watch...the American Kimmie Mizner used to skate at her rink so we will be cheering her on! Italy is on the top of my list to visit! DH works for a wine distributor so we hope to take a family trip there within the next couple of summers! Welcome and come here anytime for support!
