I ordered the book from the internet but I ordered the wrong one for me, my mistake was to order the "3-Hour Diet on the Go" unfortunately we don't have hershey bars and take-away restuarants (we do have Mcdonalds

, but only in the big cities). So I have been reading your posts and I printed the free-food list that Laurie had posted, which I hope will be very helpful.
I am at present 171 lbs and would like to be 130lbs
any help on how to add a counter
