I am down a pound!!! (actually 2). I did horrible at the superbowl party, but yet i'm still down. I'm SOOOOO proud of me How was everyone's weekend?? Mines was great!! Got to spend some QT with my boys on Saturday, and with my mom and my sister on Sunday. This weekend was great!!!!
I am down 2 lbs today which suprised me since I had my son's birthday party on Saturday and 3-4 pieces of pizza...I guess the saving grace was that it was thin crust. (it was cut in rectangles...so I am not sure of the actual size of the pieces lol) then there were cupcakes and a giant chocolate chip cookie...yum. I even went to McDonalds yesterday and had the whole value meal...didn't give away my fries...so, I must have lost alot of weight durring the week to still show a loss this morning!!!
I am putting of WI until tomorrow....I feel bloated so I won't even go near the scales today.
Well my Steelers won!!! And I did pretty well with the food but did have 1 drink and 1 glass of wine so I will push the water today.
Going to exercise at the gym today, Wal-mart to look for new throw rugs for by my front door and then to the ever popular grocery store!!! I hate going to the grocery store..........will someone go for me please. My dh would go but he just can't find the right items I really need but he is a sweetie about going if I ask him.
TOM hit as a surprise yesterday - it's a week late and I thought it wasn't going to happen this month. I'm pre-menopausal, so even though I take birth control pills, I'm not regular any more. So I went up 1/2 lb.
But I'm still under 250 and I still bought smaller clothes, so I'm still happy!!!
Either my pants shrunk or... I have to weigh in tomorrow. I freaked completely when I saw that I had gained eight pounds in less than 48 hours after my weight lifting "event". My scale and I are currently not talking. I think it's for the best.
I have lost a pound, or 2, or 3. I don't know because I thought I was 190 1 day, then for 4 days I was 192, and yesterday I was 188.8, and this morning I was 191. I think it's safe to say I've lost 1 or 2 lbs!
BUT we did go out to Chinese after the morning service....I only had one plate with lots of green beans and a bowl of H & H soup with water. THEN last evening was the youth superbowl party at church. I had a small bowl of chili and a small plate of odds and ends---chips, salsa, cheese, small brownie,
I think I did fine as far as overall daily calories, but I know the salt was "WWWWAAAY toooo much".
So, I am really watching what I eat today, drinking all that water,...and getting my exercises in. I am going to avoid the scales for a few days. In the hopes it will still be at 222 within a day or two.
