Thanks! I am feeling a bit better this am and will think of this as a new start! Some months are worse than others...peri-menopause I suspect! I will try to eat well today and drink a ton of water to flush all the bad off. I think my 2# gain may have intensified my crankiness as well. I am working 3 days this week ( a lot for me) so that has the potential to be bad or good for me depending on how CRAZY it is and where in the hospital they send me! Water is never a problem at work, it is just trying to find the time to eat every three hours...I will just try my best!
