Default As easy as it could be.............

to curl up on my couch with a nice warm blanket and a cup of coffee on this rainy Monday, I am going to force myself to hit the gym today. My promise to myself was that I was going to go to the gym three times a week and If I dont' go today, I probably won't suceed in that promise today, so even though I have to stop occassionaly to blow my nose, I am going to drag my snotty nose to the gym and work out for my 50 min routine!!!! Steven is out of school today so I am dragging him with me. My goal this week is to go to the gym M-W-F!!!

He is already signed up with one of the trainers to *build himself up* but I usually go while he is in school and he doesn't get home until 4pm and by the time he gets home and does homework and everything its too late for him to go but he is going today.

Good luck! I'm on the three times a week goal, too. We can do this!

Proud of you Laurie!
I have to get recommited (and I will!) - No, I AM!
I learned for myself that I have to commit to 5 days a week for cardio because if I skip a day in between its too easy for me to say ahh, I'll do it tomorrow. Last time it only took me 2 weeks of doing cardio 5 days for 30 minutes to get in the habit, then it became part of my nightly routine and I didn't have to talk myself into it
Here's to a new week and a 5 a week cardio habit!

Good for you ladies. It takes 21 days to make a habit and 30 days to make it stick. Once you get started, you'll get hooked.

I find I do good with exercise if I go first thing in the mornings. I go 5 days a week, M-F. It makes it easier if I pack my work clothes in my gym bag and lay out my gym clothes to get dressed in the night before. Then I have no excuses in the morning because everything is right there and ready to go.

Me, too! Want to see who can get there first?
So far for this week, I worked out last night.
