Default Laurie's Food & Exercise Journal, Jan 22-28

Sunday

Breakfast: 8:15 1 yogurt, 1 WW english muffin with ICBINB spray and small banana. Ok I know this isn't enough but I am slowly getting my eating ability back from being sick. I just have no tastes for anything and it makes it hard to just eat when your body doesnt want to!

Snack: 11:15 1/2 WW english muffin (50 calories) and a cup of tomato soup (120 cals)

Lunch: 2:15pm Healthy choice meal with handful of added carrots and some chow mein noodles to put me closer to 400 calories

Dinner: 5:15 Mexican hair soup, atleast a few bites because the discovery but I did have some ice cream afterwards

Snack: 8:15 No Snack since I ate ice cream at dinner

WATER:

Still not feeling up to par so I doubt I will do any exercise today. My plan is to head back to the gym tomorrow.

Monday 1-23-06

8:15 breakfast: 1 WW english muffing with 1 egg, 1 yogurt, 6 oz milk, 1/2 banana coffee with splenda

11:15 Snack: Cereal bar and 1 cheese stick

2:15 lunch 1/2 of a grilled chicken salad, couldn't eat the entire salad with some water.

5:30 dinner the other 1/2 of grilled chicken salad from lunch

8:30 snack 100 calorie snack pack of popcorn

WATER: I have been drinking it, just not positive on the amount

EXERCISE: 1/2 mile on tread mill 1 1/2 miles on bike and 15 min in circuit room. This cold is killng me!

10:15 Snack: 1 yogurt and 1 cup of cheerios (150 calories total of both)

1:15 Lunch:

4:15: Snack

7:15 Dinner

Water:
