Sunday
Breakfast: 8:15 1 yogurt, 1 WW english muffin with ICBINB spray and small banana. Ok I know this isn't enough but I am slowly getting my eating ability back from being sick. I just have no tastes for anything and it makes it hard to just eat when your body doesnt want to!
Snack: 11:15 1/2 WW english muffin (50 calories) and a cup of tomato soup (120 cals)
Lunch: 2:15pm Healthy choice meal with handful of added carrots and some chow mein noodles to put me closer to 400 calories
Dinner: 5:15 Mexican hair soup, atleast a few bites because the discovery but I did have some ice cream afterwards
Snack: 8:15 No Snack since I ate ice cream at dinner
WATER:
Still not feeling up to par so I doubt I will do any exercise today. My plan is to head back to the gym tomorrow.
