Default Has anyone heard of Tofu noodles...

I was just watching Extra on TV (one of the shows) and they talked about a new kind of pasta that you can eat. The noodles are made from Tofu and the people that they interviewed said they are delicious. I bag has 2 servings and for BOTH servings it is only 40 cals, 1g of fat, 6g of carbs. I can't believe it! I was just wondering if anyone has had it before. I want to buy some, but I wanted input of others.

I've never had them, but I just read about them in one of my magazines.

www.house-foods.com -- here's the Web site. See if this is what you are talking about.

The magazine article said they were very good and the one lady lost a lot of weight substituting these for pasta. They come in various shapes and styles.

I might order some and try it. It is not expensive and the site also has other foods that are good for you that I am going to order and try. I will let you know.

Wow, that sounds delicious! I'm definately gonna have to check it out. I don't think I have seen any around here, but I'll have to check with my boss and see if she knows a place.
