Default It finally hit me............

Everyone around me has been sick with a head cold or chest cold or something. I have taken all preventive measures so that I didnt' get it and so far this winter it has worked............until today! I woke up this morning and my body just felt tired, exhausted and miserable. By the time I got home from work, I could feel the beginnings of a head cold in my head so I have been asleep on the couch since I came home. This is the last thing I need. I have to work tomorrow and this cold is just making me feeling beat and exhausted. Never felt this way before. UGH! So if I am not around much in the next few days that will be why.

Good night ladies, I am heading to bed!

I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. Chicken soup and rest is the best thing.

My husband also puts a little bit of Vicks Vapor Rub under his nose when it gets stuffy.

I hope you feel better soon -- there is nothing worse than being sick!

Hi Laurie,
I hope that you are doctoring yourself up this morning before you go in to work. Perhaps you should stay out today. You don't want to infect others, unless they gave it to you, then you can give it back. Try to have a good day anyhow.

Well I am actually covering today for someone who can't work due to being sick so I will try and doctor myself up and do what I can to keep others from getting this but unfortunately its every where you turn! YUCK!

Color me crazy, but if you are sick how can you cover for someone else who is sick?? That doesn't make any sense to me?

My hubby gets sinus infection easily. It really helps to dose up on the vitamin c (lots) and echinecea (sp?) and garlic. I swear it works. Hope you feel better soon!

Zicam does it for us. A day or two on the stuff, cold is wiped out! You just have to remember to keep using it for 2 days after your symptoms are gone, or they will come back.
