I use Lime Wire online. I paid $22 (I think) and that is for a life time. I am not supposed to be charged again and I can dowload as much as I want to. I have made 2 CDs with them so far.
Basically it is software that is downloaded concurrently with the actual limewire software to track what you do online. There is some debate whether the newest limewire includes this or not - but I would say if you only paid $20 for a "lifetime" then it probably is still including it... do you run any kind of spyware detection software on your PC? This is often bundled with virus software - I assume you use that...

Actually I don't. It was on my computer and some how it fanished. I had a 5 year old playing on it for a while and that is when I noticed it was gone. Is there something that I download for free?
I don't know about you, but "STS" is a win for me. When I'm not watching what I eat, I'm always gaining. Remember, our long term goal is to figure out how to STS.
Are you still keeping track of the calorie breakdown at each meal? I didn't see any calorie counts in your journal. Maybe you should go back to that this week.
