Is Karen still posting at JC??? If so, wonder why she doesn't check in here any more? How is she doing?

Karen has been posting on and off at JC. During the holidays she fell back into old patterns and she is now trying to get back on track. She said she wants to not get stressed by the number on the scale and monitor the NSV (non-scale victories) instead for a while.

I am not sure why she doesn't post here anymore. I think it may have been because it was too much posting for her.
