Uhm - well - I get online and I order them and for $10 they bring them to me. Delivery on Saturday is 5% off so I usually get my order delivered at no charge or real close to it. Even so - worth every penny - Grocery stores are a guaranteed panic attack for me.
No Doubt!! I just came from Wal-Mart and I would love to have my groceries delivered.
I get a panic attack on a rare occassion......not fun at all are they!!!
Trying deep breathing techniques when I feel them coming on now.....seems to help a bit. Going to look into some meditations too, but I am not usually good at that.
Phyllis
Yes Phyllis - that works but it takes a LOT of energy and effort - so I would sooner spend the $10 and let them bring the food to my door, LOL...
Dr Daisy...do you get your produce that way? I wonder are they carefull when they choose it? I used to go to a market for fruit and veggies, but too many stands wanted to pick for me and when I would get home 1/2 was un usable!! I would only go to the 1 or 2 stands that let me choose.
Well - it depends - If it is something like bananas I let them pick - but I usually make a short supplementary trip to a small local grocer for anything they may have shorted me and for meat for my family and produce...
My DD and DS-I-L have a B&B. They shop at Sam's & I want them to order online to save them the time shopping. My SIL won't do it bc he's afraid they won't watch for the expiration dates & won't be careful picking the best produce and meat.
I still say we should rent some rooms and meet up at their B&B one week!
They'd give us a good rate mid-week in the winter. Want me to ask?
Yes ask them and let see!
Almost the end of the day now. Husband was home yesterday and today, didn't have a chance to get on the computer. But he just left for the night. What a stressful week!!! I haven't even thought about diet or exercise. Tomorrow is going to be just as crazy, actually more so. But I have a plan starting Tuesday. Basically it is a gallon of water a day, my green drink, exercise, and timing. If I can get these things down, I know I will lose. It's always SO much easier when the husband is gone!!
