I am looking for an online journal that is free. I am looking for something that is geared for dieting. I want to a place to post foods that I eat, daily exercising, chart weight loss, etc. Does anybody use anything like this? I going to do some research online, but I thought I would check with you guys first. I am always online and this would be better way of tracking my diet.
I guess what I am looking for is something to log in food as protein, carbs, vegs,etc.... I wonder if their is a program you can download to your computer?
weightbydate.com Downloads free to your computer, but its only a free trial. I loved it when I had it!!!! Or you can pay like 20 or 30 bucks to have it permanatly. I am still using a trial version, but will possibly buy it.
