Okay...
1) My knowledge of nutrition comes from years and years of reading and studying good legitimate sources. The way I cope with something is to read and learn - since I have battled "the fat girl" for so long I have copious amounts of information to rely on to steer the way. I actually AM very healthy. Even though I am "obese"... My blood pressure is 117/75 and my cholesterol is 157... I generally know how to choose good healthy foods and I do... but I apparently have some other hidden issues...
2) Wow - I am terrible with numbers... right before I got pregnant I had lost 45 lbs on Weight Watchers. I likely would have kept it off as I had no problem maintaining that loss for 2-1/2 years. Other than that - it would have to be at least 200 or so more... We are talking an entire lifetime here.
3) I like Julia Roberts. I think she is a very talented actress with a good head on her shoulder who accepts - usually - only good roles. Another recent favorite of mine is Tea Leoni.
4) Wow. Fiction book. I like Janet Evonovich's books... but (see - everything is a story with me - you WILL regret asking me all these questions, LOL) I had an incident last February - I think they have called it a neurological episode of unspecified origin - stroke-like symptoms lasting +/- 5-7 hours. Twice this happened in the same week. This caused a lesion on my brain and I have notice some cognitive changes since that time even though the lesion is nearly gone now. One thing I struggle to do is read books. I can not retain the information. So I listen to books on tape now - but reading is not really something I can enjoy anymore. WHo knows - maybe next year, LOL...
5) Ok - here is what I would do... I would get my convertible beetle - and if money was not an issue it would be painted plum with white interior and with a daisy stitched into the pleather interior - oh yeah - and the stereo would control my ipod.
