50 calories for veggie/fruit
45 calories for fat
225 calories for protein
80 calories for carbs

That is a list if you decide to count calories (further part of the 3hr diet that is more indept but not required)

400 calorie breakdown for your three meals each day. Plus the two 100 cal. snacks and a 50 cal. treat!!!

Phyllis, I am talking about the actually breakdown of the calories for the protein, carbs, fat and fruit/veggies
