Default Good Monday Mornin' Gals!

I am happy to report that I did well on day one - and was not terribly hungry... It was obvious to me that I eat without thought in the evenings though - a few times last night I noticed that I couuld not eat anything - too late ya know - even though I wanted to and I know I normally would have - I also realized that I was not really hungry either...

So I am off to a good start. I am pleased. Hope you have a good Monday Morning!

Glad to hear day one went well for you!!! It went well for me too but I am in the headache stage of sugar withdrawal!! LOL! Did you notice yesterday that any particular time was harder for you? What did you do to get through those moments?

Night time was hard for me - I just kept drinking water. In the afternoon at one point I thought I wanted to eat something - so I had tension tamer tea...

I usually try to divert myself. And drink water. When in doubt - drink water or tea. The warm tea always makes me feel good. Plus it is early in the game - a new broom sweeps clean as they say - so it is easier for me to stay focused, LOL...

WOW! It got busy here! Love it! See what happens when I disappear for a couple weeks! Well my company has went home and my house (and life ) are getting back in order. I have missed you all!!! I was completely off plan for the last 2 weeks and was pleasantly surprised to find I only gained 1 lb this morning when I WI.
My holidays were wonderful! Dan's brother and his family came to visit from Michigan for 10 days. They had not been here in 11 years and we haven't seen them at all in over 2 years. There was lots of late night visiting and catching up and sight seeing and such. But since they did have to go home it is nice to get things back into routine.
I am looking forward to staying OP and getting to know all the new posters and catching up with all the veterans My goal for this week is 5 days of 45minutes/cardio and a gallon of water per day. And getting rid of this sugar headache! Not looking forward to giong thru these withdrawals again but I've done it before and am determined to do it again. Maybe they won't last as long this time MEXICO HERE I COME! (in 4 weeks )
Anyway! I'll hush and check back later.
It's good to be back!

It has been an okay day so far. Not really OP but I've got 64oz of water down so far. My daughter has basketball practice tonight so if it's not raining I am planning on hitting the track otherwise I'll do 45 minutes on my elliptical trainer. Hope everyone is having a good one!

I actually did much better today than yesterday. Today I planned my meals better. Timing was slightly off but much better than over the holidays. I even had a root beer float for my treat tonight. MMMM HHMM GOOD! I was s o happy to have it. My sweet tooth is gone. Hoping for it to be gone for good! For the rest of the month.

Donna- I am so glad you are back! Sounds like a fun holiday! Jump onto the Challenge!!!!
