Cool Had to do it!!!

Had to move my weight up 7 lbs!!!

I know with the change in my diet adding the white flour foods is a big part of it plus it couldn't be all the candy and Christmas goodies could it.

Oh well, am starting fresh and this will be a great month for all of us.

I'll lose that 7 lbs quickly......

I was once told to think about flour foods as glue for your intestines because your body doesn't digest it and it just sticks itself to your intestines and insides and so that can add pounds to you.

Laurie, I had to make the switch to white flour foods because of my kidneys, the white flour foods are lower in phosphates. I did get a loaf of diet wheat bread this week, I miss it. But otherwise I try to stick to the JC plan.

Yes Anita, I am being honest, no sense doing this if I'm not. The new exercise routine should help the process.

You and I are thinking the same Lynn, drinking as much water as I can!
