Everybody must be busy. How are you doing Phyllis (sorry my question mark doesn't work) I have had a good week so far. I plan on doing cardio later this evening. My Brynna turns 5 tomorrow. WOW time flies! Then Dan turns 30 on Friday and our 11 yr anniversary is on the 16th, company coming on the 21st, and then Christmas! this is me psyching myself up

Happy Birthday to everyone!!! 5 what a wonderful age. My birthday is the 15th. Going to Orlando for a couple nights....the town of Celebration makes snow and has sleigh rides....it's really fun, we love going there, maybe going to SeaWorld too.

Happy Birthday all!!! Mine was the 1st. Didn't do anything special. Went out to dinner with my father, brother and his wife and my family on Sunday.
It was nice. Then my sister in law made me a cheese cake it was yummy!!
and the good thing about it is that there is still 1/2 left over!! I am not indulging! I have got to get back on the band wagon, I was up this week and it was depressing. I started back to eating lean cuisene and a salad for lunch. Hopefully that will put me back on track...I also need to drink that water!!! I hope that will do the trick. I go a tread mill but it still hasn't been
put together - when that happens-LOOK OUT

Yes, I hope the site picks up, I hate to lose touch with everyone especially since I quit the JC site. If everyone would post a quick note to just say hi every couple days I think it would keep running. I know a lot of times I have nothing new to say....just hello is all.

I'll wait and see if this site picks up if not I've been checking out a couple other places here that are active....Guess we need a good Jan. challenge.

Let's not give up here ladies, I would miss ya all too much.

Whew! Lots of happy days!

I can only post 2-4 times a week with my new job schedule. I will try and do more. If you move Phyllis we all should move together. So we can still be together just merge with another group for more active forum.

I think Laurie still reads our threads and Lynn was going to come back. I think its hard for people to come back to a slow forum. They want to see crowds.

But I am here as long as you guys are. And I'll go wherever you guys go.

When I left JC group that is what they did moved to a more active group.

We can start looking around this site and see what we like. I need the movtivation of a group....but like I said I believe we will see more return and dedicated after Jan. 1.

Let's hope so....until then I here for sure.
