Crossing my fingers that everyone will have a good WI! Drink lots of water today. And do some cardio.
I did a YOGA class at work for the first time since I started there. And I was telling some of my employees that I was bummed that I didn't feel anything. She kept saying, oh you will tomorrow. I kinda didn't believe her. When I do cardio I feel exhuasted right after, kinowing I just burned so much cals and was sweating. So I KNOW it was a good workout.
Well guess what? OH I FEEL IT!!!
I changed my Tracker today in anticipation that it will NOT go up! I was at 153 and am down to 149!!!!

That's 4 POUNDS!!! I am shocked!

I worked really hard because I ate all that Thanksgiving food.

Now if only I always had that ambition.

Hopefully NEW YEARS will give me re-newed strength and dedication as well.
