Hi ladies!

Anyone heard from Phyliss????? I can't remember exactly where she said she lived in Florida, but I know some parts were wrecked more than others. Some parts won't even get their power back for another two weeks !! YIKES!

I did a bonehead thing today--instead of getting a Jorge approved meal at McD's for 450 cals, I ended up getting a McGriddle meal at 710 cals!! Don't ask me why I did that--I have no clue!! Now I'm gonna have to work hard to get it off!

Hi I'm here, just got power back on. We are safe and no real problems now that the electric is back.
