Cool Happy Saturday Oct. 15
Today is my oldest sons birthday....he lives in Louisville, KY....they have my youngest grandchild, Mia, she is 4 mths old!!! Need to be seeing her soon, only saw her when she was 4 wks old, I am missing her.

Looking back in my journal I always seem to blow it on Fridays....did it again last night...good all week and BAM!!!! I need to break that pattern.

WI tomorrow especially important for all who are in the challenge if you are planning to continue PLEASE WI!!

Good morning everyone,

I did OK yesterday -- not great but OK. I didn't get my cardio in so I will be doing it today and tomorrow.

Hi Everyone
Tried very hard to stay Op. I made chocolate chip cookies for my daughters boyfriend who is going back to college tomorrow he is 7 hours away and I was so proud not even a nibble of those good smelling cookies. We shall see tomorrow how good I was. Still doing real good with my daily walks.
