8:00 am breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 yogurt (3 proteins), 4 flax caps (fat), applesauce (fruit), coffee with splenda.
** I am staying away from as many carbs as I can, carbs seem to be a trigger food for me and I can't seem to help myself with them.
11am: Snack 1 yogurt (100 cals) and 100 cal snack pack
2pm: Lunch

8pm: Grilled burgers on WW bun with mustard (free) with a salad on the side with FF dressing.
