Default Laurie's Food Journal Oct 14 - 16th

A time for new beginnings!!

Friday 10-14-05

8:00 am breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 yogurt (3 proteins), 4 flax caps (fat), applesauce (fruit), coffee with splenda.
** I am staying away from as many carbs as I can, carbs seem to be a trigger food for me and I can't seem to help myself with them.

11am: Snack 1 yogurt (100 cals) and 100 cal snack pack

2pm: Lunch TBD

5pm: Snack TBD

8pm: Grilled burgers on WW bun with mustard (free) with a salad on the side with FF dressing.


Water Goal: 100 oz's of water: 0 out of 100 so far

I try to just eat very few carbs too Laurie, that has really helped me lose my 10 lbs. recently. I have a piece of diet toast in the a.m., maybe a small handfull of low fat wheat thins with lunch, and about 1/4 potatoe/rice at night and a small handfull of pretzels as one snack.

Flax caps are flax oil. JC recommends taking them or the liquid oil or seeds sprinkled on your food to help lose weight. They are great for your hair, skin and nails too.

I take the flaxseed oil but I put a tbls on 4 tricuits and eat that with 6 oz yogurt. He says he loves the taste...but..ewww I sure dont...tastes like strongggg fish..yuckkk, but this way, for me, is good. I also take super omega which has flaxseed in it...so the bathroom...is never ever a problem.
