Default Donna's Journal ~ Week of Oct. 9th

Guess I better get back on track!

Sunday and Monday were a joke So here is the rest of the week!
I am keeping a food journal in a notebook I keep in my kitchen but I will keep track whether or not I was OP here, and water, exercise, daily flux, and weigh in.
